Description

The David A. Balfour Park is midtown Toronto's largest public green space, and a staple of the Yonge & St. Clair neighbourhood. From 2018 to 2022, it was closed for infrastructure repairs and upgrades. Part of this work involved the waterproofing and structural rehabilitation of the Rosehill Reservoir, which David Balfour Park sits on top of. The Rosehill Resevoir is Toronto's oldest and largest in-ground drinking water basin.
